How To Use:

Mix 1 Fire Salt pack with 16oz to 32oz of water to find your taste preference.

Recommend rehydrating one hour before arriving for your shift with Fire Salt to aid in retaining water and electrolytes to ensure you are properly hydrated when the calls come. During shift consuming 64oz of water is recommended to ensure hydration. After a call, replenish with one to two sticks of Fire Salt, depending on the length of the call and the amount of sweat lost (varies by individual).
